2. Delivery Time

  • Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.

  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, delivery might be slightly delayed, and we will keep you informed.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan. You can pay for your order in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of the parcel. You will be informed of the exact shipping cost during the order confirmation call.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID so you can easily track your package online.

6. Order Modification or Cancellation

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 0317-5172381 (via Call or WhatsApp) right after placing your order. Please note that once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.
